Controller and contact details
The controller is RED MALAGA INSTALACIONES, S.L., tax identification number B93307551, Calle Ciudad de Melilla, local 11, Benalmádena (Málaga). Aqualaga is its specialist plumbing and drainage website.
You can contact us at info@redmalaga.com or on 661 08 44 27. This information applies to www.aqualaga.com and supplements Red Málaga’s legal notice (Spanish).
Enquiries and the form
We process the information you provide to deal with your enquiry, assess the requested service and communicate with you. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps when you request a service, and our legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries relating to the company.
The form asks for your name, a phone number or email address and the service you need; the location and message help us understand the situation. The fields are transmitted to the server and, after validation, emailed to the team. Do not include sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people.
We will retain the information for the time needed to deal with the request and, where applicable, while legal obligations or liabilities arising from the relationship remain. You may ask the controller for further information.
Verification and necessary cookies
The form uses our own verification check, without an external captcha provider. Using it creates the technical session cookie RM_CONTACT_V1, which links the verification to the browser. Attempt limits are applied to prevent abuse; the counters use an identifier derived from the IP address and do not include form contents.
Optional analytics and cookie preferences
We use a shared Google Analytics 4 configuration to understand visits to Red Málaga’s seven websites: Red Málaga, Aerotermia Málaga, Suelo Radiante Málaga, Mantenimiento Aerotermia, Piscinas Benalmádena, Aqualaga and Benalclima.
Google Analytics is only activated if you accept analytics cookies. Before you accept, or if you reject them, this integration does not load the tag or send measurement requests to Google. You can browse and contact us without accepting. Analytics is based on your consent, which you can withdraw.
If you accept, we measure pages visited, the source of the visit and interactions with contact options. Clicks are distinguished only by method: phone, email or WhatsApp. A click does not establish that a call was made or a message sent. Separately, we record the server’s confirmation that a form enquiry has been accepted for sending; this alone does not establish receipt in the mailbox.
We do not send form or chat contents to Analytics: names, phone numbers, email addresses, messages or files. Page and referrer addresses are sent without query parameters or fragments. This integration does not enable advertising features, ad personalisation or Google signals.
- Cookie preference: it is saved when you make your choice, in this browser’s local storage, for 180 days. If local storage is unavailable, we attempt to save it for the session. It is not used to measure visits.
- Cookies
_gaand_ga_*: only when you accept analytics, to distinguish browsers and maintain Analytics session information. They are configured to expire after 180 days, without automatic renewal on each visit.
Your choice is independent for each domain and browser. Accepting on one website does not automatically mean accepting on the others. Once you have accepted on the domains you visit, the shared configuration can link your browsing across the seven websites.
You can change your choice using the website’s Cookies button. Withdrawing consent saves your rejection, blocks measurement, deletes Analytics cookies accessible to this website and reloads the page. Withdrawing consent does not itself delete data already sent. You can also delete cookies and storage through your browser.
Google provides Analytics under its terms and the configuration applied. The service may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area. See its information on international data transfers, its data processing terms and its privacy policy. Red Málaga’s privacy information explains the shared configuration and retention of Analytics data.
Automated assistant
The chat provides guidance on Red Málaga’s installations and services. It does not access private records, enter into contracts, book visits or take payments. Do not send personal information, passwords or sensitive data.
The assistant uses a technical session cookie when you open it and temporarily retains the conversation context. Some answers come from local information and, when AI assistance is enabled, other queries and their context may be sent to OpenAI. The chat indicates this mode before a question is sent. For details, session time limits and the provider’s processing, see the chat privacy information.
WhatsApp and other links
WhatsApp buttons open the WhatsApp service, which is subject to its own terms and privacy policy. These buttons do not automatically transmit form or chat contents. You decide what information to share when contacting us.
Recipients and technical services
Providers of necessary hosting and email services may process information on behalf of the controller. If you use the AI assistant, its separate policy also applies. We do not sell enquiry data.
